Rental Terms and Conditions
The prices quoted are per night and based on two people.
The minimum stay is 2 nights during the summer months and at events.
Smoking is not permitted in the guest house.
Pets are allowed.
The beds will be made up on arrival.
Towels, tea towels, toiletries, plenty of toilet paper, coffee and tea are provided.
There is a smart TV in the open-plan cupboard in the living room.
Free parking is available at the Waaigat (50 metres away).
You can park for 2 hours in front of the building if you have a blue parking permit (free after 18:00 and on Sundays).
Bicycles can be stored in our garage on request.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to make use of your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you cancel within 15 days of your arrival date or fail to turn up, you will be liable for the full cost of the trip.
If there is a valid reason for cancellation, the costs may be recoverable through cancellation insurance taken out by the tenant. We can issue an invoice for this.
